EAA Elite Alliance Advertising Inc.

KYLE HILLIS, OWNER

Kyle Hillis started in the business in November of 2007 in the city of Whitby, and was no ordinary rep in the field. A rare breed, as his peers called him. He quickly advanced in the company and got promoted to leadership within a month. He saw an opportunity to be his own boss, and worked really hard to achieve it. He saw a mirror image of himself, in his boss, as they both had the same motivation, and they were both the same age. So as a leader, Kyle started building his team. Kyle built such a strong foundation in the field that he was able to be taken out of the field, and everything still ran so smoothly. Not even a year later; in December of 2008, Kyle got the “Rising Star Award”. This award is only given to ONE representative, and it is only given out every two years. That same day Kyle was also promoted to Assistant Manager. Through the guidance of his Owner, Kyle was taught how to run a company successfully. By April of 2008, Kyle’s Owner left to open up another office, and let Kyle run the Whitby office. Since then Kyle has won numerous tournaments from his head office in 2009-2010. In December of 2009 Kyle had the pleasure of promoting 2 assistant managers, and also won the award of “Rookie Manger of the Year.” Needless to say, Kyle was promoted to manager in 2010. Kyle strived hard, each day, to teach his leaders a strong work ethic and built high standards to have his office to be one of the top 3 agencies in the country, for productivity every year. Kyle taught his team to strive to be the best. Kyle had the pleasure of running the office for another two years. After two years Kyle promoted a third assistant manager, and Kyle was also promoted to owner that same year and that is where Elite Alliance Advertising was born.

DAVID FLYNN, President, DCF Advanced Marketing Inc.

David Flynn started in the business in June of 2006 in Toronto and was no ordinary rep in the field. He saw an opportunity to be his own boss and worked steadily and hard to achieve his leadership status in order to start building a team. David made a name for himself as a top TNI rep and successfully taught his team to mirror his work ethic and productivity. By January of 2008, DCF Advanced Marketing Inc. was born and David has not looked back since! DCF achieved the #1 status in the TNI Newsletter within its first 3 months of business, and has consistently remained in or near the top since. In 2009, David expanded from his original Whitby, ON location and opened up a second DCF office in Toronto. As TNI’s Owner/Manager of the Year for two years in a row, David continued to be a force to be reckoned with. At the 2011 Owners’ Conference, David was awarded the first ever Business Development Recognition Award in honour of his hard work and achievements within TNI’s Business to Business Program. David followed up these achievements by being presented with his 5 Year Recognition Award at the 2013 Owners’ Conference, and was recognized for earning over 5 Million Newsletter Points by receiving his Silver Performance Award.

PLAN, TRIP TO PERU, 2009

In November of 2009, Kyle Hillis, Elite Alliance Advertising Inc. President, joined TNI on a trip to Peru for a very eye opening experience to see some of the communities that EAA client, Plan Canada, works in. 2 days were spent in Peru’s capital of Lima, and 2 days in a few of the surrounding villages. Through this visit, Kyle and the group were able to see first-hand, the many contributions Plan has made in these communities through its programs and services, and the vital role fundraising initiatives like those provided by Elite Alliance play in it.

A Plan Sponsor himself, one of the biggest highlights of the trip for Kyle was the opportunity to visit his sponsored child, Benjamin Valles. The experience of meeting Benjamin and his family left an indelible impression with Kyle that to this day, serves as inspiration in both his personal and professional lives.

“After an experience that changed my life, I realized that although poverty is hard to deal with, these kids are happy and are so grateful for everything they have. So I have learned from this, and this now pushes me to work even harder, knowing the impact and the difference we are making for those less fortunate.” ~ Kyle Hillis
